A Bit About Myself
Having been 20kg’s overweight at the age of 22, I became a member of Gold’s Gym as it was only a few doors down from my work. 18 Months later, I dropped 20kg’s and become a Personal Trainer at Gold’s Gym. I have always been interested with fitness & the Human Body, and have been known to be a bit of an adrenaline junky with regards to pushing my body to its limits to see what my body can handle.
Training has changed my life…. I love being able to do everything I love to do in
life better……

I enjoy most Board Sports…. I’m mostly involved with Snowboarding and
Wakeboarding. Basically anything with a board involved I will give a go.
