I joined Gold's on the 9th September 2010 and since joining I have lost 105 kg. lface many obstacles every day however, the main challenges to overcome are those which are out of my control. T grazing days at work, social events and friends who are unintentionally counterproductive to my weight loss goals with gifts of sweets and alcohol are just a few examples.

 

It pains me to say this but my trainer Jono motivates me everyday. Jono says that I do all the hard work but I rely on him for accountability at the gym each day, and more importantly for the mental and emotional support he provides. My main tips are don't be afraid to seek assistance, exercise at the same time, stick to a eating plan, know your weakness (mine is diet softdrink) and don't be afraid to call your trainer any name you see fit during a session....it feels great!
