l have lost 30 Kilos since August 2010. Some of my main challenges were at the start trying to get into a better eating habit and at the start people did not understand my dedication to the amount of time I was spending at the gym. I achieved my goal by the help of family and friends but most especially my Personal Trainer - Daniel Smith. His constant support, understanding and directions were and are such a great help and keep me on the right track.
My motto is "Nothing is hard as we can do anything we put our mind to!"
