Madeleine Finianos

l have lost 30 Kilos since August 2010. Some of my main challenges were at the start trying to get into a better eating habit and at the start people did not understand my dedication to the amount of time I was spending at the gym. I achieved my goal by the help of family and friends but most especially my Personal Trainer - Daniel Smith. His constant support, understanding and directions were and are such a great help and keep me on the right track.

 

My motto is "Nothing is hard as we can do anything we put our mind to!"

 

Madeleine's Top Tips

  • Work outwith weights to increase lean muscle mass — you’ll burn calories faster!
  • Boxing, cycling and pilates
  • Get the advice of a Personal Trainer to maximize your results
  • Watch your food portion sizes. Eating o? a smaller plate will help you minimize your intake
  • Reduce carbs and fill up on healthy snacks like fruit and water between main meals
